Plan A:  While in their official capacity, Presidents are immune to prosecutions.   Which, of course, Trump has not broken any laws.   They will eventually get this moved to Federal court.  It's been stated that 100% of the time this is done, the courts dismiss cases. 

Plan B:  Probably not needed.  A congressman said that they can call Trump in as a whistleblower concerning the weaponization of the Justice department.  And at this time, they can give him immunity from any prosecution.  The congressman said any committee or sub-committee can give immunity.  It does not need to be a vote of the full House.
