It’s raining right now in south Beaumont. I hope everyone gets some of this amazing stuff. It’s subsiding now. Hope we can get some more.

Lived in SE Texas all my life. Can’t remember being so happy about rain. Short lived but it brought the temp down a few degrees.

Got some yesterday and made rain angels in the back yard…it was hot when I started but cooled off pretty good after a few minutes

With all the showers we’ve had in the area the last 10 days or so, it’s rained here exactly twice for maybe 30 minutes total

Same here. I refuse to mow my grass until it rains sufficiently. Have seen some of my neighbors mow and all they do is stir up dust clouds….. losing top soil.

I’ve just done some touch ups in spots with a weedeater
