khscatsfan Posted June 3, 2006 Report Posted June 3, 2006 Way to go Bridge City Cardinals !!!!!!!! Kirbyville is backing you all the way to state!!! GOOD LUCK IN AUSTIN !!!! '''fy
adminbaberuth Posted June 3, 2006 Report Posted June 3, 2006 After shaky start Broc Hayman pitched a heck of a game on a very hot day. BC played almost flawless defense, Bolton with nice charging play, Jackson throwing out runner, Hecker and Coleman sucked up everything and Angelle with a hustling back up of wild pitch that saved a run late. Yoe's pitcher was very good, but loaded the bases with a Dishon single and back to back walks to Angelle and Sparks. Jackson looked like he guessed fastball on 1st pitch and hammered it to deep left center. On to Austin.

BHFAN Posted June 4, 2006 Report Posted June 4, 2006 Great win BC. I thought Yoe would challenge you a little more! Congrats on your win 2 more games ! go take state!!!
exbccards76smom Posted June 4, 2006 Report Posted June 4, 2006 It wasn't a cake walk, but we pulled it out. The home plate ump again had a varying strike zone. Yoe is a very good team, and I expect them to be back next year(they had alot of sophmores on their team.) :!:
