FTLOTG, I understand your perspective but I also believe in "let the players decide it" whenever possible. A good ref in any sport will try to swallow the whistle "up to a point" when they can. Based on what I am reading here it really did seem inadvertent, unintentional, and had no impact on the play.  Just my 2 cents.

Honestly, that’s what I would’ve assumed would happen is a replay gets called. One of those situations though it should’ve never even came down to 5 sets nor should it have came down to a position of one call possibly altering the game.
