Reality train has come to visit the staff at Bridge City. Lumberton put 63 on you, with HF, WOS, Silsbee, and Jasper still on the schedule. Sure, BC beats Hardin Jefferson..everybody does and they will beat Liberty…everybody does. “Here come the judge.”

Pump the brakes just a bit, BC played their worst game of the season against a good team that went 3-4 rounds deep in the playoffs last year. The strides they've made already are much greater than expected. The schedule is certainly not in the Cards favor but they will be competitive and have the potential for some more wins this year. Most folks would have bet against BC being .500 at this point before the season started so who knows where they end up.

correct not a district game. There are some bad teams in their District though. Title will go to Lumber Jacks, or Pirates. Time will tell.

Post simply meant Raiders got 1st win and their district is very weak

Solendora and Huffman very weak this year and Lumberton, Livingston, LCM, and Vidor not playing well right now

Vidor and the 3 L- teams will make the playoffs, however all 4 will most likely be 1 and done

Agreed… Realistically people know BC isn’t beating Silsbee,Jasper,HF, or WOS. I think they beat HJ and Liberty and maybe they compete better than last year vs those 4 teams I mentioned…

Vidor is playing much better as of the last 2 games.  Starting QB was out the first 2 weeks of the season, and one of their two loses was to Silsbee.

I was very impressed with how competent BC looked against LCM. Night and day compared to previous years.
