I have never met anyone in my life who doesn’t think their property is worth more than it is. Anyone priced a house in California lately?

Unless they’re going before the appraisal board.

From the article:  "“the notion that Donald Trump puts a number on a piece of paper and some big bank just says, oh, okay, that’s what it’s worth. That’s not how it works.”"

Oh, and BTW -- who exactly were the victims of this supposedly Trump fraud?   Actually, the bank made a lot of money off of Trump.  Meaning -- he paid the loans back!  Again -- there were no victims to found anywhere!!  But, to be fair, if you found any, well, then, let us know!

From the article:  "James brought the $250 million lawsuit last September, alleging that Trump and his co-defendants committed fraud by inflating assets on financial statements to get better terms on commercial real estate loans and insurance policies."  Where does it say that she did this for the taxpayers?  What she did use was this fraud to justify her campaign promise to "get Trump!"  Those statements alone will get this thrown out of court!
