Guest gladiator2 Posted November 24, 2007 Report Posted November 24, 2007 This was probally one of Dayton's bad games and look what happen, kind of reminds you of the Cowboys and Patriots. Charles probally had his worst night passing the football and he still threw 4tds and nearly 300 yds. As I've stated before this team will only get beat by themselves and nothing else. They had 5 turnovers and still won by 32 points. They have way too many athletes on one field. I seen where someone said that Dugat was their team, someone better recognize! I was not a believer before the PNG game but afterwards I knew this team was very special. Charles will be playing on Saturday next year. I will tell you one thing, if Dayton has 5 turnovers against Lumberton their season will be over. I have went against the L-TRAIN twice and was proved wrong both times. Don't think that I am rooting against the L-TRAIN, I just need to keep picking against them and they will keep on winning. I know HS football very well but the L-TRAIN just keeps surprising me. I still believe that Dayton will win STATE unless a severe injury happens but lets hope that each team stays healthy. Way to go RAIDERS AND BRONCOS, now we just need for the Indians to find a way to stop Rodgers and 22-4A may just have that sweep.

Before the Nederland game they revamped the defense, and it has shut down every team. In the first half Texas City did not have a first down.Dayton's offensive line is playing better also.Greg really wasn't pressured all night.Despite having 5 turnovers...To beat a team as good as Texas City by 32 points is just unbelievable....

We held an explosive TC to 3 yds and a field goal after that play. Don't get me wrong, we can't turn the ball over that much and expect to win every time, but that Dayton Defense is more than capable of overcoming a rocky offensive night. If you can call a 32 point win rocky. Besides, our defense forces turnovers as well, so it balances things out.
