If Smalley does decide to leave I think Prouse would be a great hire. Just look what he has accomplished at Deweyville!  Some would not like it because he runs a similar type offense as Smalley.

Based on the last 10 years, 1 dimensional offense have zero success in football. You may win enough games to place top 4 in district but not in playoffs. 
 

I won’t support one & done. Orangefield needs more than that.

Depends on the athletes you have to… Franklin would argue it works quite well lol

What exceptions are you talking about? To be top 4 in a 6 team district.

Peevey - Not leaving LCM/  He's got a stable base of athletes coming in and up.

Prouse would be a DEFINITELY NO in my book.

Yeah Peevey wouldn't leave LCM, he just got there. Prouse in my opinion is a better option than Smalley is. Smalley is a great guy, but not winning district as the biggest 3A isn't very good. It's not like he hasn't had the athletes either. For the last two-three years he's had some of the best athletes in Orangefield. Offense needs a completely new rework and better play calling if you want to win in the playoffs against better teams. Until then nothing will change.
