OF has a better community but BC has more money.

If you are looking to retire in the next few years a pay jump at the end would help your benefits.

Randy last I saw was in Midland as the AD for that ISD then moved to Splendora . If that's changed I don't know.

Honestly, though… a good hire here could turn the program around. Look at what Chief Joseph has done at PNG. There aren’t very many of those guys around, but it would be nice to see somebody come in, make great strides, and last more than two years.
