First day we got to see a lot of small own basketball. Coldsprings looks like the best team so far but this is a grind with a 5 gg and 6 if you get to the Ship. Real MVP was Anita's Tex Mex for catering the hospitality room today and we have Fausto's tomorrow.

Did Coldspring play Woodville twice today?  I saw on Maxpreps.com that Coldspring loss to Woodville.

Exactly so it really doesn't matter but we got it.  On to some easier games I'll know we should win.

FINAL RESULTS

Not one team went undefeated on the weekend with a lot of great competition. We had overtime games, buzzer beater finishes and a great atmosphere of small town basketball. 27 games in 3 days with every team playing 5 GG guarantee grind and the four teams that competed in their bracket championship got 6. Coldspring-Oakhurst led by tournament MVP Luke Monroe was the best team all weekend with a very athletic Woodville pushing them to their limits. Overall, it was a huge success with great food, great referees and great atmosphere.  Attached are flyers with the results and All tournament Selections.
