But because it happened in the end zone either penalty puts at the 2 yard line and automatic first down.

no it does not.

dpi is a spot foul out to 15 yards and goes to the 2 if in the end zone 17 yard line in

holding is a 10 yard penalty and 10 yards from previous spot. half the distance 10 yard line in.

dpi goes to the 2 first down on that play holding goes to the 5 first down

Probably shoulda been defensive holding, but still woulda resulted in 1/2 the distance and an automatic 1st down

the offside penalty would of put them on the 3 if they had called holding instead of DPI.

If the "hold" occurred once the quarterback released the ball, PI was the correct call.

Easy way to look at it PN-G won against a great team. Hats off to SOC you are a great program that took all we had to win. Congrats SOC on a great season.
