Pimp Smack Posted November 26, 2007 Report Posted November 26, 2007 Hussey because of the fact that he can block and catch just as well as he can run. Rhodes is a really good player, but i dont think he could have gotten the stats he got this year in district 22-4a. And he doesnt look like a physical blocker either. If he doesnt cut you he lets you by him.
Lefty99 Posted November 26, 2007 Report Posted November 26, 2007 I take it that you haven't seen much of Rhodes! He is much tougher than he looks, not to mention his speed!! He is the type of player who is able to take it to the house on any given play! I will take him over Hussey anyday!Â
Guest Bulldog Posted November 26, 2007 Report Posted November 26, 2007 Don't you mean "or" not "are"? the way you put it sounds a little funny (even tho i understand what you mean)
24 over par Posted November 26, 2007 Report Posted November 26, 2007 both great backs but speed kills rhodes for me
BMTSoulja1 Posted November 26, 2007 Report Posted November 26, 2007 Give me the smartest back. The back that will consistantly get you 4-5 yards a pop. A back that will catch out the backfield. A back that can pick up the blitz. And most important, a back that dont' get tired throughout the game and still looks fresh in the 4th quarter. If the back is fast, then that's a plus. I havn't seen rhodes play this year, but I've heard about him. I honestly can't chose one! But you probably wont' go wrong with either one!

HA go pierce and the mighty mighty wildcats!!
409 Posted November 26, 2007 Author Report Posted November 26, 2007 i would have to go with hussy myself... he is a beast!! he is hard to take down... he just keeps goin and goin play after play
oldmanfb Posted November 26, 2007 Report Posted November 26, 2007 Lumberton - wants Hussy Kirbyville-- wants PierceWos wants Garrett-- who by the way just became the ALL TIME leading rusher in WOS history-- an that is quite a history as u all know-- Â So don't argue over em men-- just go and enjoy each as their respective schools continue in the playoffs
blackjack007 Posted November 26, 2007 Report Posted November 26, 2007 ive seen both of them play. Â hussey does not even compare to rhodes. Â both are great backs for their teams but rhodes is on another level. BEAST MODE BABY!!

Raider88 Posted November 26, 2007 Report Posted November 26, 2007 Pierce couldn't hold Hussey's UNDERGARMENTS!! Hussey is a BEAST!! He runs through people, around them, jukes, jives and whatever it takes to get extra yardage!! He is a little BIG MAN! Evidently from hearing you talk you have NOT seen him run, or play defense.
stang4life Posted November 26, 2007 Report Posted November 26, 2007 I have to go with Pierce Rhodes...he showed his value Saturday...listening to the game, you continuously heard Rhodes runs, Rhodes blocks, Rhodes tackles...

NedDog Posted November 26, 2007 Report Posted November 26, 2007 I was hoping I wasn't the only one who didn't comprehend that.Â
Guest kvillecheer Posted November 26, 2007 Report Posted November 26, 2007 haha. i'm with both of yall.
BMTSoulja1 Posted November 26, 2007 Report Posted November 26, 2007 All I can say is "WHAT??????"I know, it was quite funny, but yall know you understand him. Dont' act like no one has ever came up to you talked to you like that. Let's be realistic.
SuperflySnuka Posted November 26, 2007 Report Posted November 26, 2007 Hussey because of the fact that he can block and catch just as well as he can run. Rhodes is a really good player, but i dont think he could have gotten the stats he got this year in district 22-4a. And he doesnt look like a physical blocker either. If he doesnt cut you he lets you by him.Rhodes does it all! He can block, run, catch, knock your *$#& in the dirt! He plays almost EVERY snap on offense, defense, and special teams! He could be a star in A, 2A, 3A, 4A, 5A. He's a player! Give me Rhodes, you can have Hussey (he's a great player also).
Lefty99 Posted November 26, 2007 Report Posted November 26, 2007 does rhodes play defense??What? Â He is the leader on defense! Â Starting LB! Â Now try to tell me that Hussey can compare to Rhodes!!! Â Rhodes plays both ways and still puts up huge numbers! Â BTW, he has about 300 yrds recieving to go along with 1700+ yrds rushing, and about 30 TDs! Â End of decussion!
Lefty99 Posted November 26, 2007 Report Posted November 26, 2007 I want to clarify that I am not taking anything from Hussey! He has had a great year. Just not yet on the level with Rhodes!Â
