swampdude Posted November 29, 2007 Report Posted November 29, 2007 Good idea, but I doubt that Coach Hooks would want to build a collegiate program at his age. Coach Hooks was an assistant at Lamar before he went to WOS as defensive coordinator. Good choice, bad timing for Lamar today.

There will probably be a couple of high school coaches to be hired as assistants, but the next head will be a former or current college head or assistant coach.
