See they voted 4-3. Even though all were appointed by democratic governors. Makes it look less partisan. I wonder if it's typical for the entire court to be completely one sided.

I heard they were all Democrats on the court.  No surprise there, especially seeing Trump’s lead continues to grow.  This is for the low information voters.  It’ll be overturned!

He ain't lying...from the article:

The president of El Salvador quickly weighed in after news that former President Trump was kicked off the ballot in Colorado by criticizing the idea of "democracy" in the United States.

"The United States has lost its ability to lecture any other country about ‘democracy,’" El Salvador President Nayib Bukele posted on X on Tuesday night.

Bukele, a vocal supporter of Trump in the past, was responding to breaking news on Tuesday night that the Colorado Supreme Court, citing the 14th Amendment, has disqualified former President Trump from appearing on the state's ballots in 2024 as a result of the Jan. 6 Capitol Hill riot.

The Fourteenth Amendment which Colorado is referring to is within the jurisdiction of the US Supreme Court at required in Article III Sec. 1 & 2 of the Constitution. Insurrection is under federal law and the US Constitution and states have no such jurisdiction to enforce or interpret federal law.

To deny any person the same privilege as anyone else (such as being on a ballot within established laws that apply to everyone) would in fact violate the Fourteenth Amendment in Section 1 where it says that everyone will be given due process and additionally “equal protection under the law “.

So it appears that it is Colorado violating the Fourteenth Amendment, not Donald Trump.

Glad some are well versed in Constitutional law. I thought this was simply a communist ploy. You know, vote for me…. I’m the only candidate.

The “Insurrection Clause” Doesn’t Apply Without a Declaration of Insurrection!  Colorado judges don't get to declare that there was a federal insurrection.

That was my comment a week ago.

State courts don’t have jurisdiction to prosecute or decide federal laws.

If that was true, states could declare that Biden opening the border is an insurrection to try and use the masses to overthrow the current government and Constitution.
