I’ll take the win need to keep working on rebounding Silsbee didn’t play their best by far but putting up 75 points and getting a 19 point win  is good with me.

It was about to get out of hand with about 5 left in the 4th.  It could have easily been 30 or even a little more, sort of like the Bridge City game.  The Tigers were about to start one of their patented runs.  Jeffcoat called a time out and after that, sort of by mutual consent it seemed, the two coaches called it off.  The Tigers dropped back into a more or less packed zone guarding the lane and the Bears were content to pass the ball around to each other on the periphery.  And that was that. I don't think anybody tried to score much for the last 2 minutes. 

Part of it was that Harris got his second foul early one and it looked like he was in the mood to get another.  Overcompensating for the teams slow start.  And as usual Winn did most of the scoring for LCM.  

The Bears can hold their heads up after this one.  For 3 quarters they pretty much stayed with one of the best 4A teams.

I think most people will agree that a 2-3 LCM team shouldn't be able to play Silsbee that close for most of the game. Silsbee took over late but most of the game was Silsbee up 6 or 7pts

Somewhere early in the 4th the Tigers woke up and realized a basketball game was being played.

They're playing a dangerous game in thinking they can just turn it on whenever they need to and win.
