Region III #9 Central Heights makes another strong case for a top 10 ranking with 7 players returning to the fold. #10 Troy and #12 Franklin out of Central Texas both return the house and will certainly be better than they were a year ago. #17 West, #23 Lorena ,#24 Orangefield & #27 Diboll will be teams to also keep an eye on.
