AggiesAreWe Posted January 27, 2024 Author Report Posted January 27, 2024 Huffman came out in a zone defense and totally frustrated the Horns. HF went 7/30 from three. Huffman only attempted 8 threes, making 4. They were determined to work it inside. Both teams made some significant runs during the game but in the end, Huffman made the free throws down the stretch to put it away. Very good win for the Falcons. Bobcat1 1 Quote
bullets13 Posted January 27, 2024 Report Posted January 27, 2024 Sounds like a good one.  Both teams having really good seasons.  It’s a shame there are AAU teams waiting for them in the playoffs, although some of the houston teams are down.  Quote

Both teams having really good seasons, but neither can compete with the AAU schools once they get a couple rounds deep in the playoffs.  I disagree. Huffman and HF can handle just about any Region 3 team other than Silsbee and Houston Washington. Both teams will cause some match up problems for those two. Quote
