Pkvalt Posted February 1 Report Posted February 1 I’m so glad we don’t have to drive over an hour to half of our district games anymore! NedPA and THS99 2 Quote

Closer and a weaker district it looks like. Pasadena might have actually has the best record out of anyone last year in this new district? Quote

Pasadena might have actually has the best record out of anyone last year in this new district? Possibly but they’re losing a couple of their top players from last year. Their coach is great though and has really turned the program around there. She was my older daughter’s club coach years ago. Her daughter will be a junior next year and is a great setter/RS for them. I think Splendora was a solid 4A program. Not sure how they’ll do moving up. I think a lot of the 5A districts got weaker with teams moving up to 6A. Friendswood has no competition in district now that Manvel is gone. BH’s district got even easier for them, not that they had much competition before. THS99 and NedPA 1 1 Quote

BBfan061 Posted May 10 Report Posted May 10 How’s the off season going for the area teams? Looking at next year are there gonna be any decent 4A competition for region 3? Bellville played in a spring league last night at the fast complex in Houston vs Bridgeland, Ft Bend Austin, and Jersey Village. They are looking better than last year and should be early favorites in region 3. Quote

Lost our middle, to barbers hill. 5/6 returning starters and a few key under classmen should contribute well. Year two in a new system with an excellent coach, so I am excited to see what the girls can do. I figure Huffman will be tough per usual… but other than that idk who else would be decent Quote
