It's a really good question we need to get the answer too. I believe this district uses an 18 point max. Quote

CCRed Posted November 9 Report Posted November 9 How did they determine the 3 & 4 seeds ? I just looked and BH & PAM both ended district at 4-2 with PAM having the head to head advantage. Quote

Some districts use the positive point tiebreaker to break three way to determine the highest seed of the three then go head to head with the other remaining two. Not this district. It uses positive point tiebreaker throughout the three teams. Quote

AAW is correct: Ball beat PAM 41-10 (Win over PAM +18 / Loss to BH -2 = +16) 2ND BH beat BALL 62-60 (Loss to PAM -3 / Win over Ball +2 = -1) 3RD PAM beat BH 20-17 (Loss to Ball -18 / Win over BH +3 = -15) 4TH Quote

If you all have any offense at all, PAM should beat Angleton, IMO. Crosby just had no offensive scheme at all this year, and only lost 13-8, with the defense scoring the only points. R1 most likely comes down to Aledo/Denton Ryan. R2 Lone Star/ Highland Park/Reedy. R3 A&M/Lufkin/CS/Weiss. R4 Pieper/PSJAN/SV. And none of that counted dark horses like Richland/Midlothian/Georgetown/Angleton/La Porte/Ball/Flour Bluff/New Braunfels/Vela. Then complete wildcards like Abilene/Cedar Park/Lake Belton/West Mesquite/Red Oak/Barbers Hill/ SA Southwest/ CCVM. Going to be really fun! Cant wait! pakronos 1 Quote

After not having a true home game in over 2 years, and still winning 2 consecutive District Championships, it would be nice to see them have a good run. Their losses this year were in a heated, historic rivalry game to a 6A district co-champion PO team by 3, another 6A PO team from what some say is the toughest 6A district in the state by 7 (with 7 starters out) and PNG (still with 7 out) where the game was closer than the score. Yes. They’re back at full strength now. Quote
