They're going to put it on an island in Lake Livingston. The only access to the stadium will be by a pedestrian ferry. It will take a while to get to the stadium, but will solve the parking issues of the current situation.

That's Pine Island, according to the locals.   It's inhabited by a bunch of angry cows.

They can be seen on the weekend wearing bikinis.

And there are some actual cattle out there, too.
