If they had played against the worst teams in D1 that would still be impressive and they of course have not.

Pierce is trying to get canned before they move to the SEC.  The whole Big 12 is pretty bad this year.

Some polls not posted yet, but K-State at 23 in the Collegiate Baseball Writer's Poll may be the only ranking for a Big 12 team this week.  Amazing may be on overused term, but when you consider the money, facilities, , name brands, etc...this is amazing.
