hornet06 Posted January 7, 2008 Report Posted January 7, 2008 Bleacher bum... you seem like you are familiar with the hardin program. Do you know of the upcoming seniors on the team and what positions they will play? They are going to be the ones that need to step up...
K-TOWNLB Posted January 8, 2008 Report Posted January 8, 2008 YOU HAVE GOT 2 BE KIDDIN ME.....2ND PLACE 4 KTZ????? YEA RIGHT KTZ WILL TAKE THA DISTRICT TITLE.
Bucof2010 Posted January 8, 2008 Report Posted January 8, 2008 I could see hardin winning the district a lot easier than Kountze
Bucster Posted January 8, 2008 Report Posted January 8, 2008 I could see hardin winning the district a lot easier than KountzeI can't. Hardin loses their two best players and Kountze has most of their team back.
Bucof2010 Posted January 8, 2008 Report Posted January 8, 2008 Hardin has enough upcoming players to replace the ones they lost and then some I think their going to surprise people.
footballfan5261 Posted January 8, 2008 Report Posted January 8, 2008 i guess i like your optimism. but your wrong. Hardin doesnt have anyone that is gonna be able to step up for marsh and nolan. no.
bleacher_bum Posted January 8, 2008 Report Posted January 8, 2008 Bleacher bum... you seem like you are familiar with the hardin program. Do you know of the upcoming seniors on the team and what positions they will play? They are going to be the ones that need to step up...Stelly will be the undisputed senior leader on the team. He will go both ways as he did this year, playing LB amd RB. Garrett Perry, offensive line, Wade Williams, Offensive line, Bracken Jones, WR/DB, Spencer Nethercutt, TE/DE. These are the ones off the top of my head. The team will be somewhat young again. The freshman group is the ones to watch for. They will be sophmores next year, and several will have varsity experience.Look for Justin Stevens, Marquis James, Luke King, DJ Hall, Marcus Scott, and Kory Maxwell, to contribute at the Varsity level next year. The Junior class will look pretty good too. Mitch Villamez, Hunter Davis, Thomas Carroll, Dominique Rushing, Dylan Barber, Brandon Collins, and Euriel Torres.
Bucof2010 Posted January 9, 2008 Report Posted January 9, 2008 i guess i like your optimism. but your wrong. Hardin doesnt have anyone that is gonna be able to step up for marsh and nolan. no.of course no single player or even 2 players will be able to replace them but they will have more than 2 good players this year that they can look to on offense.
warparty Posted January 9, 2008 Report Posted January 9, 2008 Warren will return enough key starters to compete. O-Line was hit the hardest but we return starters at crucial positions. That is always a plus when looking at upcoming seasons.Â
football Posted January 9, 2008 Report Posted January 9, 2008 Hey, lumberton broke their playoff drought this year why not Kountze next year? alot will depend on realignment i think.
Bucof2010 Posted January 9, 2008 Report Posted January 9, 2008 Hey, lumberton broke their playoff drought this year why not Kountze next year? alot will depend on realignment i think.i dont see where realignment will change this district very much

footballfan5261 Posted January 10, 2008 Report Posted January 10, 2008 Kountze should make the playoffs. and are pretty likely to win district
bleacher_bum Posted January 10, 2008 Report Posted January 10, 2008 Bleacher bum... who backed up nolan this past year? and who backed up marsh?Junior Garrett Cathriner, and Freshman Marquis James took snaps this year behind Nolan. Villamez took some in practice, but I'm not sure who the QB will be next year. Bracken Jones, Cathriner and a few others played some reciever last year.
Bucof2010 Posted January 10, 2008 Report Posted January 10, 2008 Im standing by my word that Hardin will be top two in the district.
playdefense Posted January 15, 2008 Report Posted January 15, 2008 OUTSIDE OF NOLAN I DO NOT THINK ANY QB GOT ENOUGH SNAPS TO AMOUNT TO WHAT YOU WOULD CALL EXPERIENCE AT HARDIN. IF PEOPLE WOULD STOP DROPPING INTO ZONE AND ONLY RUSHING THREE PEOPLE THEY WILL NOT HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT IT.

Hornet Posted January 18, 2008 Report Posted January 18, 2008 I would love for Hardin to win district but it won't be easy. Here are my picks: 1. EC 2. Hardin 3. Kountze
Bucof2010 Posted January 22, 2008 Report Posted January 22, 2008 not sure how anyone can put buna above hardin whos seen the district this past year
Fishingislife Posted January 23, 2008 Report Posted January 23, 2008 Kountze Anahuac Buna Hardin EC Deweyville Warren
