Lets see Dave Campbell has Central ranked in the top 25, but Ozen and Nederland are picked ahead of central in district,,, somethings amiss

Is dayton really that good or is he basing that on their previous districts competition. I can't see them competing that well in 22-4A.

Let's hang onto this thread so we can compare notes at the end of the season. I just don't seee them finishing ahead of PN-G.

these guys dont really know anything about the local districts...It would surprise me if they put in more than 5 minutes on each district...

great source for information statewide, but they know nothing more than we do....

we will have our picks out in the next month or so...those will be legit

I know you folks are proud of your area, but Dayton will come to play. Their RB will surprise! Dayton only lost by a PAT to Ozen 14-13 in the playoffs IMHO Dayton takes one of top three spots!!

21-4A

1, 7 & 8 spots look right

#2 New Caney

#3 Crosby

#4 Barbers Hill

#5 Forest Brook

#6 Galena Park

thats the way i see it, depending on Forest Brook's mindset, if they want to play and give the effort, they could knock Crosby and Barbers Hill down a spot and move to third

I don't think it's a matter of being "proud of our area." I don't doubt that Dayton will come to play, but so will the other teams - including Ozen, who beat them last year and returns the top DB prospect in the state.

Dayton also returns 8 on both sides including their stud RB & WR. I would be shocked if Dayton doesn't make the top three. Just because Dayton was in a weaker district last year doesn't mean they were weak. It seems that most is thinkg Dayton might squeze into the top three IMHO Dayton could very well win this district. This area seems to have a knack for underestimating the teams that are not in their area.

Wow! Isn't that the pot calling the kettle black?
