KFDM COOP Posted December 7, 2007 Report Posted December 7, 2007 Heard that as well. Guyer is a very good team.
Guyerfan Posted December 7, 2007 Report Posted December 7, 2007 They Guyer team is really enjoying the tourney. Everyone has been fantastic. And even though they have only one one game at least it's been competitive. This is only the third year for BBall at our new school and the second year for our coach. I'm sure we'll be back next year with a more experieced team. We only have 3 seniors with us and one plays very little. The guys have won 7 games this year and that is more than any year in school history. We're getting better and better each week and hope to sneak into the playoffs back home.
HBDCowboys Posted December 7, 2007 Report Posted December 7, 2007 Who won the Lumberton/Normangee game? Winner gets the pools 2nd seed, loser gets the 3rd.
AggiesAreWe Posted December 7, 2007 Report Posted December 7, 2007 I watched this 3A #1 ranked Chapel Hill team play East Chambers yesterday and I agree, they are good. But I also watched Silsbee play EC and watched them destroy the Bucs and the Tigers aren't even ranked. Chapel Hill may deserve their ranking ( will see if so in a couple of games ) but HJ and Silsbee are just as good if not better than that bunch. Just shows you what these early rankings really mean, absolutely nothing. On another note, seeing EC beat WOS doesn't bode well for the Mustangs. East Chambers is not that good of a team, Thomas is all they have right now.

bullets13 Posted December 8, 2007 Report Posted December 8, 2007 HJ has yet to show any of the "donahoe effect". it looks like they might be every bit as good this year as last year. good luck the rest of the tourney!
setxslam Posted December 8, 2007 Report Posted December 8, 2007 Congrats to #23 Dennis for WO-S on a heck of a ballgame: 39 points.
Guyerfan Posted December 8, 2007 Report Posted December 8, 2007 Does anyone know what time the rematch between EC and Guyer will be played?
Lazeek Posted December 8, 2007 Report Posted December 8, 2007 Who are the two Semi Final matches and what time tomorrow?? I know that HJ and EC won.....what about the other two games?
HBDCowboys Posted December 8, 2007 Report Posted December 8, 2007 Chapel Hill and Denton Guyer will play in the second semi. Looks like pool b was deeper with 3 out 4 winning.
Master T Posted December 8, 2007 Report Posted December 8, 2007 HJ 86WO-S 66Benard 24 points. HJ now on a 29 game winning streak.HJ ain't lost a game since they played at Silsbee in the first round of district at Silsbee too. That might come to an end when we (Silsbee) play HJ again.
