Master T Posted December 7, 2007 Report Posted December 7, 2007 Chapel Hill 71EC 44What is really happening with EC basketball? I know they missing their post but the rest of the team got to step up as of now cause district will be soon too. What does Chapel Hill has?
ECBuc08 Posted December 7, 2007 Report Posted December 7, 2007 I believe Chapel Hill is the #1 team in 3a. I think EC won their second game. Not sure, but i think. i don't know the score.
bob_sakamano Posted December 7, 2007 Report Posted December 7, 2007 Chapel Hill has a solid post and a couple of shooters that can light it up. They are a solid club. EC won their second game over Denton Guyer. 64-54, i think was the final.
HBDCowboys Posted December 7, 2007 Report Posted December 7, 2007 Chapel Hill returned their two best players from last years state semi-finalist team. They have a lot of athleticism and very good press. Does anyone know the score of their second game against West-Orange Stark?
lloyd_christmas Posted December 7, 2007 Report Posted December 7, 2007 i would love to see hj and chapel hill meet up in the finals that would make for a great early season game
setxslam Posted December 7, 2007 Report Posted December 7, 2007 I love how they're alreay saying H-J's going to make the playoofs on the front page.. THey probably will, but anything can happen and what if H-J didn't make the playoffs for some reason?? :The Hawks would immediately start preparing for next season. Same as they did after they won state.
setxslam Posted December 7, 2007 Report Posted December 7, 2007 Man, Tyler-Chapel Hill looks tough. I see why they're ranked #1 in 3A. Colby, I hope you have ice on that foot right now!
setxguru Posted December 7, 2007 Report Posted December 7, 2007 This Tourney is loaded with talent. This may be a preview of Austin for some of these schools.
HBDCowboys Posted December 7, 2007 Report Posted December 7, 2007 The only score not posted of Thursday's games is the Legacy/Normangee game. Does anyone know how that game went?
KFDM COOP Posted December 7, 2007 Report Posted December 7, 2007 Normangee won but i don't have the score.

HBDCowboys Posted December 7, 2007 Report Posted December 7, 2007 Speaking of the bracket play, could someone post the times of those games?

Castor27 Posted December 7, 2007 Report Posted December 7, 2007 I don;t have a score but I was told Chapel Hill beat Guyer in the final pool game. Heard that it was a real close game and guyer played them well, but struggle with their shot in the 4th and couldn't hold on
Guyerfan Posted December 7, 2007 Report Posted December 7, 2007 I heard Guyer was up 12 in the first half and ran out of gas down the stretch and Chapel Hill won by about 10. Guyer's 6.9 backup post was hurt during te game too.
