Somehow I just feel like they allow teams like this to compete in the UIL to stop teams that can’t bring in players 5 yrs in a row Silsbee should probably have at least maybe 1 state championship out of them 5 yrs then when Silsbee players graduate FF moves to 5 a from 4a and here comes Dallas Kimball who recruited players to try and beat Beaumont United it won’t stop unfortunately it feels like they don’t want Small town teams to win I’m glad Silsbee got the 2 championships when they did.

Unfortunately lose by 30 or 20 we still will be the runner up. Im super proud of these kids, staff, and community. Silsbee hasn't won a ring since AggiesAreWe stop broadcasting from media row

Truth is that FF is a really good pre-college team.

Silsbee has represented the home grown high school 4A level with amazing results.

Regardless of the state/UIL bullmess high-school sports will never be the same again.

Congrats Tigers for being our motivation for small school pride.

Keep representing.

How does silsbee look for the next few years?

Lose pretty good bit (Harris, Miller, Bottley, Elam). But return two starters (Jones and Rice) and  4 top reserves (Boulwen, Johnson, Shoulders and Gaines).

I see them winning district again and making regional tourney.

Only way Silsbee gets back into this one is if FF stinks it up in 2nd half. Otherwise, Tigers need to try and keep it respectable and not lose by

The UIL has cheated the small towns out of basketball. Id have rather seen Silsbee vs Hitchcock.

Who was the genius that came up with the idea of creating an uneven playing field by allowing one team to recruit over a broad area of talent while restricting all the other teams to stringent recruiting rules. Then call it fair sportsman ‘ship?
