The Constitution gives States the right to defend itself against an invasion if the Feds refuse to!    The Supreme Court keeps getting it right!  Oh, and BTW -- Sotomayor and Jackson dissented!

The case is not over however.

 This was not a final ruling but a temporary refusal to halt (injunction) Texas as the case moves forward.

Yup......a few hours later and now they can't enforce.
