PNG’s Shawn Flores tossed a 2 hit shutout as the Athletics beat the Angels 3-0 and end the regular season at Mid County Sr Babe Ruth. WOS’s Eric Sparks took the lost, both teams end the season at 9-2.

looks like the 16 year old team is mostly nederland and vidor guys

The Shockers lost to BC 11-2 Thursday. The 1st inning they had 7 Ers'. Todd Glaze was the loosing pitcher. We had a total of 10 er's for the game and only 2 hit's. The hit's were made by Zack P. & Clint W.. :oops:

That 17-18 year old Babe Ruth team has some really good players and should go far. With Matison Smith, Brandon Powell, and Eric Sparks pitching, and the bats of Aaron Dalton, Chris Laird, and Taylor McInnis, this should be a hard team to stop. Good luck to them and the 16 year olds.
