With about 2:30 left on the clock, we fumbled a punt at our own 13. Plano scored on a run up the middle on the next play. A sack on 4th and 4 at the Plano 35 with :38 remaining ended our chances at the championship.

I also remember 30 years ago.  I was a member of the Bishop Byrne football team in 1977.  We started the season with 2 losses and did not lose another game until the State Finals.  We played in Rice Stadium and lost it 21-13 to a little known QB at the time.  His name was Gary Kubiak.  So much for memories, I have lived in Dayton for the last 21 years now and there is no secret about who I support now.  GO BRONCOS, BRING HOME THE TITLE.
