Guest Living 4 Friday Nights Posted June 17, 2006 Report Posted June 17, 2006 Welcome to football in Texas.
Mr. Buddy Garrity Posted June 20, 2006 Report Posted June 20, 2006 whoa! well, welcome to Texas..
scroungy Posted June 20, 2006 Report Posted June 20, 2006 you have to have more self control and discipline than that to coach football thats rediculous funny, but rediculous. I just feel sorry for the players
adminbaberuth Posted June 20, 2006 Report Posted June 20, 2006 95% of summer league activities are well run and have no problems. You will always have some coach/dad take it a little too serious. Kids lose out. I’ve been involved in summer league baseball for over 20 years, had to step out when my kid came thru “no dad coaching own sonâ€, but you know what most kid’s want, no matter if their a pro prospect or never played high school baseball, FUN. Times have changed, are we losing the meaning of summer ?
Jsmity Posted June 20, 2006 Report Posted June 20, 2006 Yea I completely agree, and people have to understand that 7 on 7 is "coached" by PARENTS... and actually, what the real coach can do is very limited by UIL
