not only do they beat you, but they kick you while you're down. :39 seconds left in the half, up 21-14, Katy goes for it and scores to go up by two scores. Very aggressive playcalling!

With 11 seconds left in the half, Bo Levi Mitchell threw a perfect pass to Joey Fuda for 54 yards and another touchdown before the break. Katy now leads 28-14 at halftime.

This has been a great game so far. Early on, it was a defensive battle. Katy had three three-and-outs in the first half. I'm not sure they have had three in one game this whole season. Madison's speed was definitely a factor in stopping Aundre Dean and forcing Katy to throw.

Katy's offense caused three turnovers (two fumbles and an INT) and kept the Tigers alive. Midway through the second quarter, Katy started looking like Katy again. They put together a great drive and got Dean running. Mitchell is doing a great job distributing the ball to different receivers.

Madison has some adjustments to make at halftime and Katy needs to play just like it did in the last seven minutes of the half.

Everytime Katy has touched the ball in this half, the Tigers have scored. They have four offensive drives and four TDs. They also have the punt return for a TD.
