HORNET_HIVE72 Posted December 17, 2007 Report Posted December 17, 2007 How will the Hardin Hornets look in next years football season?
bleacher_bum Posted December 17, 2007 Report Posted December 17, 2007 They will look different than this year. I think the program is headed in the right direction. Nolan, Marsh, Day, Collins, and Remsing will be missed greatly.I'm intrested to see how Haynes runs his off-season program, this is where truly good football programs are built. IMONolan was the perfect fit for Haynes' first year, not many other kids could have learned that offense as quickly and thouroughly as he did. QB will be the greatest task to fill.Stelly, Villamez, Davis, and James will be some names you'll hear about on offense next year, not sure about the defense. (Barber should be back...)
24 over par Posted December 17, 2007 Report Posted December 17, 2007 haynes will reload and throw the ball around they will be top 3 again
Guest etbu Posted December 17, 2007 Report Posted December 17, 2007 You guys think you will be able to hang on to Haynes?
Guest HornetBballFan Posted December 17, 2007 Report Posted December 17, 2007 Coach Haynes came home to build a program in Hardin, one like it hasn't had in years. He was quoted in the newspapers as saying he wanted to stay here until he retired. The kids love him and are responding well to his program. The Hardin superintendent coached Haynes back in the day, so they have a good relationship. He has made positive changes in the climate around the campus (just look at the field house, weight room and stadium). I think he will stay because he is happy in Hardin, not because of the money or any other incentives. He genuinely seems to like his job and the kids in Hardin. So with that said, yeah, he'll stay.
hornet06 Posted December 23, 2007 Report Posted December 23, 2007 Who are some seniors on this team? They are going to have to be the ones to step up
Hornet Posted December 25, 2007 Report Posted December 25, 2007 The Hornets will be a threat once again in 08. With Haynes in control, expect to see a different side of this program. Its only going to get better!Merry Christmas everyone!!
Deer Slayer Posted December 26, 2007 Report Posted December 26, 2007 I heard Liberty was making a strong run for Haynes???
PANTHERPLAYA09 Posted December 26, 2007 Report Posted December 26, 2007 last year they were but elected to keep stewart for another year....i dont think theyre looking at him any longer...i think douglas is the main canidate...but we shall see...they are keeping everything hush hush..witch suprises me because the only reason stewart is leaving is because everybody runs there heads to much...
hornet06 Posted December 26, 2007 Report Posted December 26, 2007 Anyways back on subject... who are some seniors on the hardin team?
Bucof2010 Posted December 26, 2007 Report Posted December 26, 2007 i think top 3 in district will definately include Hardin this year. I think it will have hardin e.c. im not sure about the third spot i;ll have to be convinced that buna can put anothr good team together with all the seniors they lost
7376HORNET Posted December 28, 2007 Report Posted December 28, 2007 Jordan Nolan - QBDaniel Marsh - WRAndrew West - CCaleb Heilander - Clayton WarnerJesse LozanoAustin CollinsThere are 6 others that I can't name right this minute. We pretty much loose the offensive line, quarterback and wide receiver, plus several on the defense line
Bucster Posted December 28, 2007 Report Posted December 28, 2007 i thought Stelly was a seniorHe's a Junior.
hornet06 Posted December 28, 2007 Report Posted December 28, 2007 i didnt mean seniors this year... i mean next years seniors... this years juniors... who are they?
footballplayer Posted January 11, 2008 Report Posted January 11, 2008 i don't think they will be as good as they were this year because they are losing alot of there main weapons but the should be able to make a run for the playoffs

Before he even went to Hardin he tried to come back to Liberty last year. So yeah it's a toss up if he stays or not, but he has build Hardin up
