lcmballa12 Posted December 17, 2007 Report Posted December 17, 2007 I think that LCM is gonna win but its gonna be close. Dayton just got there football players back so that really helps LCM. LCM is gonna bounce back from the lost to ozen in win it by 5 plus
BMTSoulja1 Posted December 17, 2007 Report Posted December 17, 2007 How does that help LC-M? Dayton had some athletes on the gridiron, that could spell all kinds of trouble for the Bears.
EAGLE07 Posted December 17, 2007 Report Posted December 17, 2007 No doubt. Powell and Dugat to name a couple.
77 Posted December 19, 2007 Report Posted December 19, 2007 Left this one with just a few secs. left and it was LCM big 70 something to 39.
Htexans90 Posted December 19, 2007 Report Posted December 19, 2007 the only time the game was close was at tipoff
KFDM COOP Posted December 19, 2007 Report Posted December 19, 2007 76-42 Final LC-Mhttp://www.chron.com/sports/highschoolsports/results.html?site=default&tpl=Boxscore&Sport=6&ID=7722&TeamID=806&SearchType=Teams
24 over par Posted December 19, 2007 Report Posted December 19, 2007 i believe lcm will be a playoff team
Guest whoabroncos09 Posted December 19, 2007 Report Posted December 19, 2007 What's wrong with the Broncos?i guess our minds are still on football.idk.but we really need to get into basketball mode.
77 Posted December 19, 2007 Report Posted December 19, 2007 Broncos just could'nt get the ball to fall in the hoop they missed a ton of shots, your right they may still be cold from football.
BroncoFan1 Posted December 19, 2007 Report Posted December 19, 2007 I'm not one to make a lot of excuses, but....... ONE day of practice might be a contributing factor! Also, LCM has a very good team. The Broncos will come around.
BMTSoulja1 Posted December 19, 2007 Report Posted December 19, 2007 Brook didn't have their players for the first 2 weeks and they still got quality wins. I dont' think you wanna blame football on this. I think that LC-M is that good. I believe LC-M gave Ozen all they wanted.
BroncoFan1 Posted December 19, 2007 Report Posted December 19, 2007 Like I said....LCM is GOOD! Not taking anything away from them. They were good last year too.The physical toll playing 5 weeks of post season games has on a team IS an issue. Good athletes or not, it takes time for a team to come together on the court and gel. However, I wouldn't trade what our team/community experienced in football for a better start to our basketball season!Good Luck to the Broncos and all the teams in our district. I look forward to watching some basketball in the upcoming months!
lcmballa12 Posted December 19, 2007 Author Report Posted December 19, 2007 LCM is just a stacked team this year they might not have the hieght but they have the intensity and fight to be a playoff team. Dayton did miss a lot of shots but they just need to play together and get back into basketball mode
setx_athletics Posted December 19, 2007 Report Posted December 19, 2007 LCM may not be tall but Dallas Bean plays like a 6' 6'' man everyone on there team is hustling all the time diving for loose ball making crucial plays at crucial times will be interesting to see where everyone ends up when district is over
77 Posted December 19, 2007 Report Posted December 19, 2007 They've got several at 6-3 to 6-4 thats pretty tall.
lcmballa12 Posted December 20, 2007 Author Report Posted December 20, 2007 6-3 and 6-4 is not tall at all in 24-4A. LCM is always the shortest team in the district but has the most heart and dedication and thats why i put LCM 2nd in district behind ozen.
77 Posted December 20, 2007 Report Posted December 20, 2007 6-3 and 6-4 is not tall at all in 24-4A. LCM is always the shortest team in the district but has the most heart and dedication and thats why i put LCM 2nd in district behind ozen. Its not that tall in 24-4a but this is 22-4a ;D and its not that they are real tall but they have several that are that size. They are coached well also.
lcmballer20 Posted December 20, 2007 Report Posted December 20, 2007 they really dont have many tall people...but it dosent matter about height, its the heart and drive that wins games, and they have that
