AggiesAreWe Posted December 19, 2007 Report Posted December 19, 2007 A 51 point win without 2 of the Tiger's starters, one of them being the Tiger's leading scorer. Pretty impressive.
Master T Posted December 19, 2007 Report Posted December 19, 2007 Silsbee played a great game last night beaten HF by 51 point. But not to lie HF did play great too. I wasn't expecting HF to be playing that good of a defense agaisnt Silsbee offense and while Silsbee was on defense,HF moved the ball down the court pretty well alot. #3 of HF is a beast. Silsbee is still commiting too many fouls. THat gonna hurt in the long run.

Didn't Silbee have two of their starters missing? I predicted a 40 point blow-out. I was wrong in my prediction.
the TRUTH Posted December 19, 2007 Report Posted December 19, 2007 IF two starters were really missing, who was it and why?
setx_athletics Posted December 19, 2007 Report Posted December 19, 2007 HF doesnt have anything this year. I kind of expected them to give some people trouble but from the looks of it the only team they'll be giving trouble to is Bridge City
Master T Posted December 20, 2007 Report Posted December 20, 2007 I heard that D.K Howard head was feeling dizzy like, and he won't be able to play for a couple of weeks. He will be back for the Lufkin tourney though. I recalled you talking about Pheal Hill. He was failing at first but now he is coming back this Friday to play WOS. And another former player tha coming back from nearly a whole year of suffering a leg injury is Darian Dodis.
AggiesAreWe Posted December 20, 2007 Report Posted December 20, 2007 I believe Jeremy Johnson missed this game also.
BLUEDOVE3 Posted December 20, 2007 Report Posted December 20, 2007 I believe Jeremy Johnson missed this game also.I hope it wasn't Silbee's bench that played most of the game. Sheez!
Master T Posted December 21, 2007 Report Posted December 21, 2007 I hope it wasn't Silbee's bench that played most of the game. Sheez!Alot of the bench players had just about the same amount of playing time as the starter and the bench put up at least half the score too. Everyone on SIlsbee squad scored except one which was a person that got moved up from J.V
HF1 Posted December 21, 2007 Report Posted December 21, 2007 sislbee wasnt the only team missing starters......hf was missing three of main players also
BLUEDOVE3 Posted December 21, 2007 Report Posted December 21, 2007 sislbee wasnt the only team missing starters......hf was missing three of main players alsoHF-1 what do think needs to happen in order to help better the basketball program at H-F? The one thing I did notice is that I saw H-F guys playing in the local summer tournaments. That was good.
