Of course Trump’s prosecution is political, but if paying hush money is illegal, then there is no difference.

Fact: The debt and spending exploded under Trump, even prior to COVID. Fact:  unemployment was higher at the end of Trump’s term was higher than when he started. Fact: The stock market was down substantially on the day Trump left office than when he took office. If you want to excuse his failures, that’s okay… but to pretend they never happened is foolish. Personally? If you believe that COVID was a democrat conspiracy, etc… why did Trump allow it to happen on his watch? And  is he going to let it happen again?

Clinton didn’t get in trouble for doing it… he got in trouble for lying about it during the federal investigation. Trump’s not on trial for having an affair with a porn star…. He’s on trial for falsifying financial documents to hide the fact that he paid her off.
