I question your mental capacity.  One of the first things I said was “kids shouldn’t suffer”. That implies I’m not ok with it.

Your claim is grossly misleading. The black population uses welfare almost 2.5 times more than the white population and 1.29 times more than Hispanics.

I think if someone truly needs a governmental assistance program that is unable to work, then they should have access to it. I think children should be fed. That's not what is happening though...
