The judge, a biden donor, is doing what he can to ensure that Trump is found guilty.

It gets worse everyday. This Kangaroo court judge just told the jury (I am paraphrasing of course) "You don't have to all agree that Trump committed a specific crime, you all just have to agree that he did something at sometime, even if the somethings are all different".

Seriously? I have NO legal experience but that seems to be an outrageous contortion of what a jury is supposed to do. The most basic rights a defendant has is to only be tried for specific offense(s), and a verdict reached specifically. It is not supposed to function as a Golden Corral buffet. Can you imagine a jury saying "we find the defendant guilty of doing "different somethings at sometime"? Have we sunk to that?

This corrupt judge does have huge fans on MSNBC. Their analyst had a goofy ear to ear grim and told the viewing audience he had a "man crush" on the Kangaroo judge. Corruption to the core.

Wanted to get your thoughts on how Cohen did as Bragg's star witness.....

My Take: The State spent two days acknowledging that Cohen lied all the time but now he has come clean,,,,,,,it took the defense (having same evidence state had), just a few hours to confirm Cohen lied to the current jury a couple days ago......  While I thought initially Trump would be found guilty due to venue, with best case a hung jury, there is now a pretty good chance he will be acquitted......

Thoughts anyone??

This is the hidden content, please

David Pecker was the star witness, dude. That head fake by Bragg left Blanche standing in his drawers. Cohen being a liar was irrelevant. He got all the defense’s attention while Pecker got the Jury’s attention. Brilliant move to use Pecker first.

Like tax evasion, money laundering, any number of financial or election law violations. The legal theory of falsifying business records in furtherance of another crime  is used often in prosecuting Wall Street lawbreakers. What’s so hard to understand?  It’s not like they wrote the law just to get Trump. You might as well accept it. He’s a convicted criminal. That you will still be able to vote for him for President is why I love America and don’t think it’s going down the tubes. I sure as hades don’t understand it, but I don’t have to. We’re a nation of laws, and the law says he’s eligible to run.
