We have our freedoms today because of the ultimate sacrifices made by those we memorialize on this day.  Yes it is a somber thought, but I guarantee those that sacrificed would encourage you to enjoy your freedom, enjoy your family and be as patriotic as possible.  Our country is far too divided.  I don’t push my Christianity on you, and I don’t push my beliefs on you.  I want to live free, and pass that freedom on to my grandkids.  UNITED States of America is the greatest country in the world and I am thankful and appreciative to live here.  God bless America and have a great Memorial Day.

I came so close in Nam but I am here and think about those I left over there.. Everyday should and is Memorial Day to me.
