Reagan
Alan Dershowitz said he just added another banana to this silly situation. Said it's up to 8 being a banana republic. He says this was set up for a guilty decision before it got started. Any where else in America this would not even been brought. He says there was no law broken. Same thing said from other lawyers (J. Turley, G. Jarrett). But it's funny how our liberal friends here know exactly what law was broken. It's interesting that know one in New York would take this case. Not even Bragg. But -- someone got to Bragg. Would be interesting to communications between Bragg and Biden's justice department. Have to ask yourself: Why did the number 3 man in Biden's justice department leave to go to work for Bragg? Hummmm... @Big girl @UT alum @Boyz N Da Hood @Bobcat1

Separation Scientist
The Democrats are celebrating right now (that PROVES it was purely political, BTW) but what they are failing to realize they are now "the dog that caught the car". Thats not from me, thats from a political analyst. This is a huge mistake for them. Reagan

Reagan
The judge donated money... in plain violation of a rule prohibiting New York judges from making political donations—to a pro-Biden, anti-Trump political operation. he knows that the guilty verdict will be over turned. But the point was to get "convicted felon" label. No doubt all comes from JoeBama's DOJ! Remember, again, the 3rd man at JoeBama's DOJ left to work for Bragg during this time. Why? It’s in the public domain. He could read it for himself. He’s making good money defending the indefensible, so why bother with court records? You may have to also fill these two lawyers in on what you think actually happened.

Hummmm... @Big girl @UT alum @Boyz N Da Hood @Bobcat1 I followed the court transcripts as reported. He was convicted. That is prima facie evidence that the law was broken. Talking heads make their money sowing doubt and discord, ideology aside. Dershowitz and Turley know better, and should be ashamed, but of course, shame does not exist in Trump World. Besides, if it was so poorly done, the appeal trial shouldn’t last much over an hour. Unless, of course, they have been infiltrated by the Feds as well. Then, they’d still have the State Supreme Court if Appeals is crooked, too. But then, if it gets upheld all the way I guess that means the entire system is rigged to foil Donald Trump and no other citizen.

1989NDN
32 minutes ago, Reagan said: Let's see if this happens! That will not happen. I doubt the United States Supreme Court wants any part of this mess. Should the Court intervene, half the country would celebrate and the other half would riot. President Trump will have to work his way through the NY appellate process, and I have no idea if he will find friend or foe in that process. If the trial court committed error, reversible error, I'm guessing President Trump's legal team will argue it. Whether the NY appellate courts agree or disagree with those arguments, we will see. Who would have ever thought 25 or 50 years ago that our constitutional republic would be in such shambles? That's directed to both Dems and Repubs. They all share in the causation of this fiasco. Meanwhile, John Q. Public and Sally Taxpayer suffer. SMH.
Separation Scientist
Judge aiming to take Trump 'out of the presidential race,' likely to issue jail time: Democrat Mark Penn Democratic pollster and former Clinton adviser Mark Penn said Friday during an appearance on Fox News Channel that he believes Judge Juan Merchan will sentence former President Donald Trump to serve some jail time because he's "trying to take him out of the presidential race." "So far, this judge has wanted to take, obviously, wants to take Donald Trump out of the presidency," Penn said during an appearance on "Your World with Neil Cavuto" on Friday. "So, for all this talk that, of course, he's a first time offender and not eligible ... he's convicted of things that could send you to jail for 137 years. I think this judge is going to sentence him to some jail because he's trying to take him out of the presidential race." Should Merchan sentence Trump to serve some time in jail, Penn said he believes the move will lead to "another record fundraising day" for the presumptive Republican nominee for president. "Giving [Trump] a fine or community service isn't gonna do that. If he does that, I suppose Donald Trump will have another record fundraising day," he said. Trump's sentencing hearing on the charges is scheduled for July 11, just days before the Republican National Convention in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Penn said he expects Trump to receive an "incredible reception at that convention, unlike anything he's ever gotten before."
