CardinalBacker Posted June 17 Report Posted June 17 Actually, it took about 45 seconds. Rudy wasn't "disputing the results of the election." He was trying to have fake electors installed that would (for all intents and purposes) steal the free and fair election from the voters. He wasn't indicted for saying "there was fraud" or "I think they cheated." He was indicted for actively trying to overturn the results of the election by having fake electors seated. That's kinda like shooting somebody in the face and stealing their car, then saying "I got indicted, and all I did was ask for a ride." Rudy didn't get indicted for disputing results. He got indicted for breaking the law in regards to his fake electors scheme. Reagan 1 Quote

No one was beaten unconscious. Quote

BS Wildcats Posted June 17 Report Posted June 17 21 minutes ago, Big girl said: Gore bowed out gracefully after a period of time. Trump didnt. The point is that you Dems blasted Trump for not accepting the results of the election. For the record, I feel there was some election fraud, just not enough to overturn the election. Although, stopping the count while Trump is leading, and then come back with biden leading. Suspicious, to say the least. Back to the topic, the Dims are just as guilty of not accepting election results, as Trump was. But, you and all liberals seem to forget that, or just ignore it. Quote

UT alum Posted June 18 Report Posted June 18 The Supreme Court declared Bush President when they ordered the cessation of counting questionable ballots in one precinct because of mechanical malfunction. Gore conceded. He did not question the integrity of our nation’s electoral process. He did not rile up a mob to try and disrupt certification of the Electoral College votes. He attended Bush’s inauguration like a gentlema, unlike waa waa baby Trump who cries victimhood at every turn. You can’t make apples be oranges no matter hope hard you try. Big girl 1 Quote
