I am concerned with Dims getting a voting block that would keep them in power and bring this country into third world conditions. In the video you obviously didn't watch, Biden shakes the hand of one white person, skips the black girl, and shakes other whites hands and taking a picture with them.  The multiple expressions from the black girl showed she felt ignored. 

I really don't have an opinion on the situation. because it could be he didn't want to associate with the black person or with his senile mind he may not of seen her or thought he already shook her hand.......

However, because this is politics it floating around social media......
