I hate politics

This side of the site is like a train wreck - you can’t look away.  I haven’t looked this way in a few weeks and I was just looking at the thread titles - my goodness!!!!  It’s like you can see the tongue’s sticking out - “Oh yea, well you’re (candidate, party, enter whatever divisive term you want) did this!”  I think Rodney King said it best.

That’s my opinion of why she’s gonna molly-whomp Trump in just over two months.

That’s all Trump has to offer and it’s played out.

It’s a shame we didn’t have a decent, conservative, Christian on the ballot this time around.

MAGA is done.

One group is about hate, rage, and division.

The other offers hope.

Kamala 2024!

lol, one group is about energy independence, secure borders, fear from rogue nations and conservative SCJs.

The uninformed idiot group says “but we have hope”.  🤮

I follow this forum but don’t post often. I wonder if some of y’all’s rectums ever get jealous of your mouths because of all the poop that comes out of it. Doesn’t apply to all, but if this offends you, it’s probably you.

It has taken me forever to realize this, but not everyone sees things the way I do. Can you believe it? And unfortunately, at least half the country is ok with the left side of things being the way forward.

Look, by and large, people are uninformed (dare I say stupid, even). Kamala had a less favorable rating than Biden before the coup. Now, she's gotten higher numbers than Biden. Why? What changed? The uninformed sheep is what changed. The tide changed. The day of the week changed. How can people living through this economy support Kamala? Because it's cool and hip to vote for her.

I could honestly write a 1,000 word essay on why their is a good chance that Kamala wins this November. I just don't have it in me.

Agree 100%, we're told we have a candidate problem and anyone besides Trump would be a cake walk, which is nonsense.

We have a voter problem in that some folks are incapable of looking at the last two administrations and having their vote decided by results.  Add to that, many vote based on what the government can provide for them as in entitlements, student loan forgiveness, etc,

Trump will be gone soon, but these voters will remain, and then another boogyman will have to be created to excuse their ignorance.

I'm voting Trump come November, BUT it's a damn shame the only two candidates we have to choose from is Trump and Harris.  WE... The United States of America HAS TO DO BETTER!

I have no huge issues with Trump, the candidate. I have huge issues with Kamala, the candidate. Take all the personal stuff away from both of them. Take race & gender away from the equation. Take away age. Focus on their policy vision. That's who gets my vote. And it's not Kamala.

Thats the problem, neither candidate can stay on topic long enough before having to bash their opponent.  Reminds me of running for and voting for student council in the early 90s.

Trump can’t talk policy. First of all, that’s not talking about him. Second, he has never talked policy. He stokes fear and then says “Only I can fix it”. Never says how. He reportedly never read the daily presidential briefings. Trump can’t talk policy. His vision is one of America as a third world country unless he’s the fearless leader. He’s going to lose bigly.

That seems to be an impossibility for many, sadly.

Absolutely nothing you said here was correct.

Is he going to lose? He just might. Damn good chance of it. But as far as policy goes (Energy, Immigration, Trade, etc.), I think he has not only talked about it, but also acted on it with excellent results.

And anyone that pays attention knows this, hard to reason with someone that falsely claims otherwise.

Can you enumerate the results, please?

I’ve been watching his speeches. He doesn’t talk policy. He talks grievance.

Grow up

I am a grownup. Fossil fuel extraction has set records in under Biden’s administration.   Trump’s trade policy is a disaster. Most leading economists agree that his tariff proposals will crush the middle class. He did nothing to solve the immigration crisis. Quite the contrary, he directed his minions in the Senate to crash a bipartisan House proposal because he was scared it might work and take his biggest megaphone away. He is an abject failure. Who goes bankrupt in the casino business? A winner?
