From what I've resd and seen, he was mocking the election - He 100% wants Trump in office, true birds of a feather.

Well, we will do so – we will support her,” Putin said Thursday at the Eastern Economic Forum in Vladivostok. “She laughs so expressively and infectiously that it means that she is doing well.”

If he said he was for Trump, it would be referred as election interference and collusion. If he says Harris, it’s just laughed off just like it just was.^^^^

Why would he back someone who supports Ukraine? It’s called election meddling. Try to make the commie image stick to Vice President Harris so the guy who doesn’t support Ukraine gets in. I don’t know if it’s naivety or just plain ignorance that makes people believe only what they want to believe. All Putin wants to do is weaken our institutions, nothing else.

I been watching  and studying presidential politics for over 50 years. I am not naive. Russia has been trying to destabilize our country since the end of WW II. They don’t care who wins as long as we are divided and do not trust our government. Same goal as Steve Bannon and Breitbart.
