I stay in Texas because I’m a Texan. Cheap real estate and a diversified economy are bringing them in. Texas has had a strong economy ever since Spindletop. Let those Californians keep coming! Quote

If he likes Californians so much, why doesn’t he move there? He would then live under the dictatorship of Newsom, which is what they are fleeing anyway. Politics has nothing to do with it. I’ve lived here as an adult under both regimes. As a purely mental exercise, were Texas to turn blue in your lifetime would you leave? Quote

Lived here most of my life with a small stint living in the Yucatán. for several years we ve been talking about moving at some point. Wife likes Wyoming and I like Idaho. my biggest reason for leaving would be because of the lack of border. We all lock our houses and vehicles but yet some of us don’t understand locking a border up. With 5 kids I don’t foresee me leaving anytime soon even if it turns blue but if that blue becomes dominate and becomes like California or NY…..bye felisha. and I do foresee Texas turning blue….people just can’t help themselves.
