I think Silsbee beats Lufkin. Once we get around late December, this team will find its stride. I picked Silsbee to make it to state again this year. Same ol threats in Wheatley, Washington, and Yates will be there in the 3rd round thru the Regionals. I really liked the shooting of Silsbee guards in the 1st half. The 2nd half, the inexperience kicked it. Keep playing hard Tigers! 

And put 50% of every dollar saved/cut towards care for our veterans.

Laporte is a good team don’t get me wrong, but I’m not buying that they are elite or a region contender.  We get the same banter each year and they always fall short. BH has a hill to climb here, but it’s not a mountain. As most games this will be won in the trenches and BH can compete there. BH offense is averaging over 50 points a game, so not concerned there. The BH defense especially against a O like LaPorte is my only concern. BH will have to get several stops to win this game. 

Me personally, I’m putting my kid or advising other friends if they ask, to enroll them in the school that will offer them the best opportunities to achieve a great education.
