Is she leaving after the semester? Or just in the middle of the school year?

Maybe I am unaware of how hiring of superintendents work, but won't it be difficult for Buna to find a replacement right now?

More than likely will hire an interim superintendent to fill the position until the search begins. I believe that happens lots in some districts.

Yeah, actually it’s not that big of a deal because you are in superintendent and most of the departments or assistant superintendent are already there with the job description. To me would be much more of a problem if I high school principal left or Head Football Coach left at this time.

From what I hear she was not a fan favorite. Maybe she will be happier in Waco. Good luck to her.
