JMO, but I think it's good to be able to get under center in certain situations.  QB sneak for one. It's almost impossible to stop in Highschool. But if you never practice taking snaps, it's hard to do just for one play.

Of coarse, just like my wife telling me how to drive. lol.  But to answer his question, good  HS coaches fit the system to the talent , not the other way around.

I guess as much as anything I was wondering if we have got to the point of guys being in spread offenses just because they think they have to because that’s all kids see on tv etc and fear losing skill kids to other spread teams.
