Vini vidi
Just a question for the rail birds. should more high school teams be under center as opposed to gun?
Rez
It’s entirely situational - I don’t think either way adds an advantage in and of itself. setxathlete14
old guy 71
JMO, but I think it's good to be able to get under center in certain situations. QB sneak for one. It's almost impossible to stop in Highschool. But if you never practice taking snaps, it's hard to do just for one play.
purpleeagle
The problem with most of the people on this site is that they think they know more than the coaches. Hinesight.

Hinesight. Of coarse, just like my wife telling me how to drive. lol. But to answer his question, good HS coaches fit the system to the talent , not the other way around. Vini vidi
I guess as much as anything I was wondering if we have got to the point of guys being in spread offenses just because they think they have to because that’s all kids see on tv etc and fear losing skill kids to other spread teams.
