had someone get killed when their boat hit the same bridge back in may.  it's a dangerous spot.  this bridge is about 2 miles from my house, and I cross it all the time.  I was pretty shocked with the media coverage.  They had about 5x as much information on it as usual, which i appreciated since it was local.

Makes you think......While he was over the limit, seems his passenger was not paying attention.  The driver of the boat is in some serious trouble.

From what I know, the driver is a good guy. but even if the other guy wasn't paying attention, it's still the boat driver's responsibility to keep him safe. I'm hoping that the injured man makes a full recovery so that the impact on both families here will be reduced.

      It’s better to be a has-been than a never-was.     I think the game on Friday will be close. Not guaranteeing a win.    But you’re right… you don’t want to come down here to ol’ CB’s level.
