Me too. I think his Big Red Machine could have beat Mantle/Maris Yankees. They had like 4-5 players batting .300. I used to could have named them. Johnny Bench…..the best catcher ever.

Pete Rose never bet for or against his team. I can understand why it might be a rule not to bet baseball when you are a coach, but to ban that man from the HOF is a tragedy.
